In accordance with the amendments to the Federal Law of 24.11.1995 No. 181-FZ "On Social Protection of Disabled Persons" that entered into force on January 9, 2018, a disabled person or a person transporting a disabled person has the right to park a vehicle in paid parking spaces designated by "Disabled" road signs and/or appropriate markings, free of charge, if the vehicle is included in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons.
 

The right to free parking for disabled persons is confirmed by the presence of information about the vehicle in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons.
